Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. This identifies you within the app and powers authentication and notifications.

Lead data: The businesses you search for and save are stored in your workspace so you can track them through your pipeline.

Usage data: We log basic interaction data (such as features used and timestamps) to maintain and improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

• Finding businesses: We use the Google Places API to search for public business listings based on the criteria you enter (business type and location).
• Scanning websites: We retrieve and analyze the public websites of the businesses you find, checking for factors like mobile-friendliness, page speed, SSL status, and technical indicators.
• AI scoring and outreach: We use artificial intelligence to score each lead's digital health and to draft personalized outreach emails and redesign mockups based on the issues we detect.
• To provide, maintain, and improve the app's features and performance.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data or the lead data in your account. We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform (such as hosting, authentication, and the Google Places API) and when required by law.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your account and its data are retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:

• In-app: Open the Settings menu and use the "Delete account" option. This permanently removes your account and signs you out.
• By email: Contact us at support@mockfire-ai.com and we will process your request.
